Via Collective is pleased to work with Steiner NYC and Brooklyn Urban Retail Partners to provide retail signage guidelines for the redevelopment of the Brooklyn Navy Yard’s Admiral’s Row. We will develop a set of tenant retail guidelines for a variety of signage opportunities, taking into consideration locations, heights, dimensions, materials, and illumination for various sized tenant spaces. The guidelines will provide visual clarity and consistency across the site as a diverse tenant base begins to move into the development.
