We’re pleased to welcome Kaitlin Dougherty to the Via Collective team. Kaitlin joins us as our new Project Manager for our campus projects by way of the nonprofit and hospitality worlds. She believes in creating experiences that enrich how we interact with each other and our built environment. Drawing on learnings from project managing across multidisciplinary teams, she focuses on understanding the motivations, strengths, and challenges of all stakeholders to build a human-focused and pragmatic project approach, allowing all collaborators the space and resources they need to engage with the project.
Kaitlin has experience in refugee resettlement programming, study abroad marketing, and humanitarian relief operations. These experiences have provided her with an approach of empathy, tactical logistics, and strong prioritization. Most recently she managed the launches of new coworking offices coast-to-coast with a high growth hospitality firm, and consulted with a pre-seed social mapping startup on change management strategy. Kaitlin holds a BA and MBA from the University of Minnesota.
