Wayfinding System
In 2016, Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts launched a new brand designed by the firm The Heads of State. As part of the full roll-out, we collaborated with The Heads of State to extended the brand to the signage. With limited time to launch a full redesign for the 2016 season, we focused on developing a message strategy that connected kids to the program schedule they received in advance and focused on an easy-to-implement signage program. This included a brightly painted new entrance design, utilizing existing sign structures with updated messaging, and updated donor signage with the new brand typography. We continued to work with Usdan, receiving feedback from campers on the success of the message strategy and developed a new design for the signage program in 2017.
