Marketing Coordinator: (Part Time and Hybrid Location)

To be successful in this role, you have 2-5 years of experience as a Marketing professional at a wayfinding, architectural, engineering, or construction firm. You have a demonstrated track record of coordinating and executing external communications plans including social media, eNewsletters, awards and conferences to promote the company’s engagement and success. A successful Marketing Coordinator will enjoy contributing to team collaboration and building client relationships while taking ownership, taking pride, and in delivering high-quality work. This is a part-time, hybrid position located in NYC.

Responsibilities

  • Yearly strategy planning meeting with leadership to develop plan including monthly media topics, awards, and conference programming
  • Contribute to monthly and bi-annual company meetings
  • Monthly social media, blog, and eNewsletter development and coordination
  • Quarterly updates to the company website
  • Project launches of completed projects across all external channels
  • New business research
  • Research, review and submit projects for Awards
  • Research and maintain database of Conferences for new business opportunities
  • Manage all RFP/RFQs including coordinating and follow through

Qualifications

  • Excellent capabilities with MailChimp, Asana, and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign

Project Manager: (Full Time and Hybrid Location)

To be successful in this role, you have 5-10 years of managing wayfinding projects specifically within the transportation, education, healthcare, and city sectors. A demonstrated track record of leading and executing profitable projects while building talent capacity is needed, along with high standards of organization, strong customer service skills, a positive and solutions-focused attitude, and a drive for success. A successful project manager will enjoy contributing to team collaboration and building client relationships while taking ownership of their work and taking pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large scale multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Establish and implement project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with company policies
  • Management of the entire project lifecycle from definition/scope through implementation
  • Act as a technical resource for the project team and lead design review meetings
  • Lead client communication and coordination including issuing agendas, notes, and schedules
  • Coordinate and prioritize project needs, resources, and information internally and with the client project teams to move the project forward
  • Identify required and optional changes in project scope and negotiate changes with clients as warranted or best practices suggest
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle; including coordinating with clients, vendors, and other project partners
  • Work with the Principal and New Business Coordinator, contributing to the technical direction of new business proposals including project scope, budget, and timeline
  • Work with the Principal and Finance Director to assess and discuss the optimization of project finances and opportunities

Wayfinding & Environmental Jr. Designer: (Full Time and Hybrid Location) 

In this design position, you will work directly with a Design Director and coordinate with the Project Management team on a variety of projects to learn and develop your skills as a successful wayfinding designer. You will be contributing to the design and execution of schematic, design development, and signage construction packages.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the design director and project manager to understand project plan, goals, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Under the guidance of the DD or PM, perform on-site signage audits, document your findings, and create comprehensive reports.
  • Work direct to with the DD to develop the designs of approved conceptual designs.
  • Drawing production including, but not limited to, scaled signage drawings, message schedules and location plans utilizing Sign Agent Pro software, specifications of graphic layouts and signage design-intent, fabrication-ready artwork, client presentation drawings
  • Review, interpret, and apply signage graphic standards manuals as needed.
  • Review industry code documents as relevant to project (building, fire, accessibility, etc).
  • Review fabricator sample submittals, mock-ups, graphic layouts, and shop drawings.
  • Other duties as required for the success of the project.

Qualifications

  • Comprehension of architectural drawings and organizing principles of architectural drawing sets
  • Comprehension of wayfinding strategies and ability to interpret messaging and direction through signage design and location

Wayfinding & Environmental Graphic Designer: (Full Time and Hybrid Location)

In this design position, you will work with and learn from a diverse group of strategic thinkers, design mavens, and project experts. You bring your high level of motivation, resourcefulness, and detail-oriented team player to compliment and increase the team success. Your 2-5 years’ of experience is specifically in wayfinding and environmental graphic design with an aptitude for typography and spatial design. The projects you will contribute to include transportation, parks, education, and hospital facilities.

Your background in graphic design includes a high standard of technical ability, typographic finesse, and understanding of how brand work in multiple ways. You’re a self-starter, have a positive attitude, proud of your spot-on execution, and drive for success. Strong written and verbal communication skills required and will be celebrated. You will work with a team that commands a solution driven attitude and positive approach. You have the ability and desire to take ownership of projects, not afraid to questions you need answered, and delivery high quality work.
