THE OFFICE OF KATIE OSBORN IS NOW VIA COLLECTIVE
Since founding The Office of Katie Osborn, Inc. in 2008, I have had the good fortune to work with incredible people to create successful wayfinding solutions for educational facilities, transportations hubs and public parks.
Since then, our team and our capabilities have expanded, and our mission has become clear; to design content rich, aesthetically connected, and on-brand wayfinding systems based on user research and stakeholder involvement.
To better reflect our vision, I am pleased to announce that we are changing our name to Via Collective.
PASSION FOR THE PEOPLE & DESIGN
The name Via Collective speaks to our passion for designing information to help people get to where they are going, through the contributions and dedication of the collective of people that are involved in that process. Involving stakeholders in wayfinding design enhances and enriches the process and user experience. By working directly with clients, architects, engineers and others to enhance the wayfinding experience, we are able to create systems that deliver information for a seamless journey through the built environment.
SERVICES THAT CONNECT
Via Collective will continue to help people get to where they are going by delivering high quality wayfinding strategies and systems. Along with our new company name, and in addition to the architectural signage, print materials, and customer service programs we currently deliver, our services will now expand to include digital assets such as apps, websites, and interactive kiosks as they apply to wayfinding. The addition of digital services will allow us to better serve the needs of your visitors by addressing every aspect of wayfinding communications.
